Following an incredible growth journey and ambitious development plans over the next 2 years, the Company now requires an articulate and enthusiastic Credit Controller to join their growing Finance team.
You will be involved in collecting and allocating payments, analysis of accounts for non-payment and irregularities, reconciliations and to liaise with customers to resolve queries.
Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders internally and will work closely with the wider finance team and external customers.
- Collection and allocation of payments by phone and email
- Work closely with external customers to resolve queries and organise payments
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- Administration and monitoring of the debt ledger
- Attention to detail
- Excel experience essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally
