As a Teaching Assistant, you will support Class Teachers with a range of activities to enable and promote the educational and social growth of our KS2 pupils.Supporting the educational needs of pupils, you will facilitate the implementation of Individual Educational Programmes and assist Teachers with monitoring their progress.Engaging in the social development of our pupils, you will support them with emotional and behavioural problems, enabling them to participate in activities inside and outside the classroom.Additionally, you will:- Support Teachers in preparing classroom resources- Assist with the preparation and presentation of pupils' work- Accompany pupils on educational trips- Undertake playground and before and after school dutiesAbout You
To join us as a Teaching Assistant, you'll need:- A relevant qualification such as an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)- The ability to carry out basic first aid duties- The ability to work across all prep school age ranges- The ability to empathise with pupils- The ability to build and maintain relationships with parents on a professional basis- Strong IT skills- An enthusiastic and positive approach- Good written and verbal communication skillsClosing date:
