This company is one of the UK's leading student accommodation organisations and are eagerly looking to expand their team of 'Student Experience Team Leader's". This role is super light hearted and fun, no qualifications or experience are necessary, just an enthusiastic personality and means of getting things done. You would be acting as the students first point of contact for any queries or issues that need resolving, so that they can focus on their studies. Anyone coming from a customer service, hospitality or retail background is desirable as this role will be similar to those, however instead of customers it will be students. The managerial role would be a split of 80% as a Student Experience Team Member, working on the same rota and role as those members of staff and then 20% as a Student Experience Team Leader, completing line management duties such as the ones listed below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a brand ambassador and always act with positive intent
  • Ensure the property is always manned with a Student Experience team member according to agreed principles
  • Responsible for themselves and accountable for the teams' provision of CARE (Connect, Act, Respect and Encourage) delivering a world class student experience to our residents and each other
  • Responsible for themselves and accountable for their teams getting to know and actively listening to our students, directing them to available support whenever it is needed. They will act as the student welfare champion in their properties
  • Accountable for their own and their teams' responsiveness; taking appropriate action on receipt of student feedback, resolving issues either directly or indirectly and making sure a resolution is found or the issue is escalated in the right amount of time
  • Responsible for themselves, and accountable for the team adhering to company policies, procedures and specified and trained ways of working at all times
  • Accountable for all customer account management on property, from check-in to check-out and everything in between such as keeping student profiles updated

Salary & Benefits

£21,600 Per Annum (£11.07 p/h)
