Sourcing Manager (Marketing) - West LondonYour new companyYou will be working for a leading, FTSE 100, entertainment business that is leading the way in online sports gambling.Your new roleYou will be joining a crucial team within the larger procurement team, focusing on marketing spend. You will be reporting into the Global Marketing Category Manager and helping to develop the wider marketing procurement strategy as the category continues to develop. You will take ownership of the full procurement lifecycle and focus on driving cost reduction through process improvement and eliminating inefficient spending where identified. You will be continually nurturing relationships with current and potential suppliers to allow you to drive the marketing category to the forefront of innovative developments and strategies.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have experience working within the marketing category, and strong knowledge of agencies (digital, creative etc.) You should have strong communication skills to allow you to effectively lead negotiations and strategically influence senior external stakeholders. You should have a complete understanding of the full RFX process and experience in enforcing contract SLA's and KPI's. Experience within the entertainment/gaming industry would be highly advantageous, but not essential.What you'll get in returnYou will receive a combative base salary dependant on experience and be eligible for a bonus of up to 20%.
