I am currently working with a Local Authority within the West Midlands region as they seek to take on an experienced Social Worker within their Youth Justice Service on an interim basis as of September 2022.
The service works with young people aged 10 to 17 who have been involved in offending behaviour. YJS includes staff from social services, education, police, probation and health.
The YJS supervise young people who have been referred by the police, or sentenced by the youth court
