Shift: 12pm - 9pm, Monday - Friday
As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you are responsible for completing routine and advanced warehouse activities using defined job processes with a high level of accuracy and minimal supervision.
Utilize PC-based WMS to perform all warehouse activities; including, but not limited to, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put-away, cycle count, inventory, and outbound processing audits.
Close outbound orders and ensure daily manifests are completed accurately.
Ensure transaction accuracy.
Proactively problem solve issues.
Train employees on discrepancy issues on daily tasks.
Utilize various pieces of material handling equipment (MHE) including pallet movers, stand up forklifts, high lift reach trucks, and order picker.
Utilize RF scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities.
Maintain the warehouse so it is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
1+ years of experience using a stand-up reach forklift, power pallet jacks, cherry picker, and sit-down forklift.
Ability to utilize, or learn to use, all necessary computer software.
Ability to utilize, or learn to use, all necessary industrial equipment.
Ability to be reliable, open to change, and adaptable.
Ability to use contemporary merchandise processing equipment, such as hand-held scanners.
Ability to use warehouse equipment and inventory systems.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
3+ years of warehouse experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse terminology and practices.
Valid driver's license.
