An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the world's largest professional services firms as a Senior Brand & Sponsorship Manager, tasked with acting as both a guardian and driver of the organisation's brand.

The firm's coordinated business development, marketing and communication teams contribute to the setting and achievement of the firm's business objectives, which includes improving client relationships, building the brand, shaping and protecting the firm's reputation globally and supporting partners and associates in their pursuit of becoming their clients' trusted advisers. The firm has one of the best global brands in legal services and this will be an exciting time to join the firm as they are reviewing their brand positioning and visual identity and putting more emphasis on the brand to drive the business forward. The Senior Brand & Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for brand management including the development, communication, promotion and protection of the corporate brand globally. You will need to provide guidance to the business on how the corporate, employer and other sub brands are developed and implemented and lead centrally-managed corporate brand and sponsorship activities. Measuring the impact and success of the brand, you will work with the Head of Brand to develop and communicate the brand strategy and with internal stakeholders to ensure there is a high level of awareness, understanding of and engagement with the brand in the global marketing and HR teams in particular. The Senior Brand & Sponsorship Manager will also provide advice and guidance to business development and local marketing teams and support and train functions on the implementation of the brand through the use of brand assets, imagery and guidelines. The chosen candidate will lead the continual improvement and strengthening of the brand's visual identity and the completion and roll-out of a brand positioning project. In addition, the role holder will be required to assess the value of global sponsorship deals and manage both key sponsorship relationships and external creative agency relationships, ensuring the firm has a global roster of creative agencies that understand and can successfully apply the brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be a bright and articulate senior level manager with substantial experience of managing a brand, advertising and sponsorship activities gained in a complex global, professional services organisation, to include previous experience managing creative agencies. Highly motivated, strategic and entrepreneurial, with the ability to build networks and become both an influencer and a trusted adviser at all levels of seniority, the Senior Brand & Sponsorship Manager will thrive working in a high performance marketing communications team.
