We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Full-time Project/Sales Administrator based on the outskirts of Burton on Trent. Due to rapid growth our client who is a UK leading manufacturer within their industry is looking for a self-motivated individual to support the sales office and field sales team.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure orders are entered onto system & production has as much information as possible (including bespoke items, pre-build dates etc.)
  • Manage statutory submission processes (Health & Safety, risk assessment, method statement etc.)
  • Ensure all services (electricity, water/waste, internet etc.) are booked
  • Ensure site services crew is correctly briefed (date, venue, hire items, parking)
  • Travel and accommodation to be booked
  • Liaise with Production Manager
  • Compile Set Up Checklist for site services crew
  • Support Field Sales Team - liaising with sales managers
  • General office administration
