Sales and Operations Assistant - £25,000 - £32,000 - Hammersmith Your new companyA fantastic opportunity is available at a fast growing- medical provider based in London Hammersmith. This company is well established within the manufacturing medical equipment sector and is a forward-thinking company business that is rapidly expanding. This company is seeking a vibrant and energetic individual to join their admin team who will report directly to the office manager. You must have experience using some kind of ERP system (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft 365). Your new roleResponsibilities include but are not limited to, reporting to the office manager, communicating effectively with colleagues and client, creating client quotes and invoices, answering calls/emails, efficiently assist, communicate with and work with all business departments, organise and set up marketing events and sales demonstrations, create and adopt smart operation processes to aid with the smooth and efficient running of the company.What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed within this role, you will have strong Microsoft office skills, previous experience with customer assistance, working within a fast-paced environment, must have 1+ year in office and/or HR administration and enjoy working as part of a team. You must have experience using some kind of ERP system (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft 365). What you'll get in returnIn return you'll be offered competitive salary of £24,000-£32,000 depending on experience, excellent benefits package including 5% bonus on top of your salary, 22 holidays plus bank holidays, private medical care, excellent working hours Monday - Friday 8:30-5pm and a permanent contract.
