This company provides specialist support for 18-64 year olds nationwide with a variety of needs such as: autism, learning disabilities and mental health. Your new roleYou will be managing a site in the Blackwood area. It is a supported living facility that caters for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental issues challenges and other health conditions such as hearing impairments and epilepsy. The environment promotes the service users to have as much independence as possible, with regular trips into the community and surrounding areas, with some even planning their own activities and days.What you'll need to succeed
- QCF Level 5 (or willing to work toward)
- Demonstratable experience working in a management role
- A working knowledge of CQC assessment criteria
- Experience with complex needs
- Autism training (preferred)
