Receptionist / Office Manager

Role Receptionist / Office Manager

  • • Organising meetings and managing databases
  • • Booking transport and accommodation
  • • Ordering stationery and IT equipment
  • • Processing invoices and managing office budgets
  • • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • • Assisting the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents
  • • Reception duties - answering calls, emails and letters
  • • Manage all aspects of office infrastructure
  • • Any other job as assigned by the senior management from time to time

Experience - Receptionist / Office Manager

  • • 3+ years of office management experience
  • • Strong time-management, flexibility, and multitasking ability
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • • Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
  • • Proficiency Microsoft Office

Attendance

Full-time (5 days a week) in the office - Receptionist / Office Manager
