The receptionist will provide a high quality reception service to all customers and assist admin team with typing of general correspondence.
The client is a public sector business based in Leeds.
The receptionist will have the main responsibilities of:
Answering all incoming calls and pass on or action in an efficient and professional manner.
Ensuring all patient activity is properly recorded.
Distributing incoming post and ensure outgoing post is sent out in a timely manner each day.
The successful receptionist will:
- Have experience in working in admin
- Good people skills
- Be able to provide a good service
The receptionist will be offered:
- A 3 month contract with the possibility to extend
- Paid £10-£11 an hour
- Based in Leeds city centre
