To plan, support and implement property renewal projects across the existing estate. Support the new store and distribution hub development programme. Drive new format and sustainability initiatives across the estate. What you'll be doing: -Responsible for Head Office Bedquarters building management including security and cleaning when required -Support Projects Controller with all aspects of project work and delivery -Work closely with other departments to inspire our customers, including but not limited to merchandising, commercial, retail, marketing, format and distribution -Ensure that project outcomes present our products and brand in the optimum way -Management, development and storage of all relevant documentation -Keep up to date with health and safety legislation to ensure company compliance and expected levels of communication are always met -Support other members of the property team with day to day workload -Ensure all targets and deadlines are met in accordance with the priorities of the department and wider business -Be the point of contact for onsite activities for both internal and external colleagues -End to end project management with the ability to write detailed specifications and scopes for all contractor s works, tendering, implementation, snagging, reporting, budgeting -Manage relationship with suppliers and contractors to achieve the best outcomes for the business

A bit about you: -Proven process and project management skills -Excellent organisation, problem solving and communication skills -Resilient along with a common sense approach -Strong IT skills including Excel, Power point.
