The role will be working in a small school office, and will be 8am - 4pm term time only, to cover sickness absence.Your new role Reporting directly to the headteacher, you will be responsible for running the school office with two other administrators reporting into you. The role will be varied and include everything from managing the Single Central Records and census, HR support (arranging interviews, carrying out vetting checks and running dbs's). You will also be responsible for admissions, CTF files and processing invoices. The school use SIMs and FMS systems. What you'll need to succeed You will have recognised management experience in all of the above areas. You will be a resilient individual with the ability to work under pressure and be able to meet conflicting deadlines. You will be an organised individual with the ability to manage different functions of the school as well as excellent communication skills (including written, oral and presentation skills).
