Working for a highly respected machining organisation that supply high precision, very low volume and one-off products into the Motorsport, Automotive and Aerospace industries.
Duties of Polisher
Setting up machines used to polish or grind parts/components
Filling, finishing, polishing, hand fitting and grinding parts/components
Inspecting and measuring work pieces to ensure customer specifications are met
Cleaning, lubricating, maintaining and replacing worn or broken machine parts
Monitoring, making adjustments, and/or stopping machines if problems occur
Working with others to determine priority and scope of work for each component
Requirements of Polisher
Highly experienced and capable in deburring, tapping and polishing of very delicate components and parts for highly demanding industries.
Be able to work in a busy, fast paced environment.
Good level of education and computer skills.
