Job Title: People AdministratorSalary: £20,000 - £21,500p/aHours: 8am - 6pm 37.5hrs per week Mon - Friday.Location: Bolton, BL1 (Office Based)Full time, Permanent contractThe Recruitment Co is currently helping one of our clients recruit for a People Administrator Within the HR department to join a well known Private Healthcare Company on a Full time permanent contract. This would suit a candidate who has recently graduated within HR and is looking to gain experience.Role and Responsibilities of a People Administrator -

  • Act as the first point of contact for all queries, managing the HR Inbox and email responses, escalating to the People Advisors/People Business Partners where necessary.
  • Completion of generalised administrative duties, including draft letter writing, completion of mail merge documents.
  • Regular report running for new starters, leavers, maternity information, changes.
  • Maintain and update the HR System - inclusive of historic data and monthly updates in line with payroll deadlines, i.e. annual leave, absence.
  • Provide HR System, support and guidance to Managers and Employees, assisting them with query resolution.
  • Provide administration support for the company's Learning Management and Performance System, eyeLearn and eye Perform.
  • Management of employee personnel files, ensuring an organised approach is taken at all times, completing audits and cleanses where required.
  • Administration of the onboarding process, inclusive of;
  • Raising Contracts and Offer letters
  • Background checks - manage DBS process and records for all new and existing employees/Bank Workers & surgeons in line with guidelines.
  • References - manage reference process for new and existing colleagues
  • Access cards - manage the Access card system for all locations, including access in Bolton and update of card details for T & A at all locationsBenefits of our People Administrator role:
  • £20,000 to £21,500 per annum (salary in line with training and reviews)
  • 37.5 hours per week between 8-6 Monday to Friday.
