SIG Plc. is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe with strong positions in its core markets as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and as a merchant of roofing and exteriors products.

We are currently looking to recruit an Online Customer Administrator to work within our Ecommerce team in managing our B2B and B2C websites. This role will be based in our busy Leeds Branch.

What does the role involve?As Ecommerce Customer Administrator, you will be dealing with customers, liaising with stakeholders in the business to ensure a high level of customer service. You will also be processing customer orders on our ERP system, so a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required and be dealing with internal stakeholders to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and to time.

We are looking for motivated individual who is a self-starter and keen to learn about the world of ecommerce. A good communicator, who works well both in a team and on their own. Product and system training will be given.

The successful candidate will ideally have:• Experience within telesales or customer service• Good communications skills, both verbal and written with a focus on customer service• Ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn. • Good IT skills and comfortable with new and evolving technologies
