About the companyQB Technology is a UK-based innovative modular construction company that use modern methods of construction (MMC) and advanced digital tools to produce highly engineered light gauge steel volumetric modular building systems off-site. Regularly working on projects such as Student accommodation, Purpose build to rent, residential housing, hotels, temporary and permanent living. Key responsibilities of the role: Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable where needed. Minute taking in meetings Taking control of the payroll process Maintaining company ledgers Admin duties Reconciliation of company bank accounts Experience in matching, batching and coding Recording financial transactions Accruals and prepayments Any additional duties management may set signing in clients for client meetingsThe successful candidate will be: Team player - working closely with colleagues within the department and across other functions. Experience in doing payroll Able to work in a fast-paced environment AAT preferred Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail Experience in Excel and other Microsoft packagesThis role offers an option for Part-time work (3 or 4 days a week) along with the option of having hybrid working but fully remote is not an option.
