Marketing Assistant

REED Sheffield have the pleasure of supporting our well established client to help secure an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager with a background in a Design/Marketing environment.

In your role, you will work as part of our production team responsible for creating and executing our marketing and communication assets across two brands. This role is full-time office based in Rotherham.


• Working on the production of our printed marketing literature (brochures, leaflets, POS).• Preparing artwork for print.• Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team.• Utilising our content management system to secure content.


• An excellent working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.• A background in Graphic Design.• Experience of working in a busy marketing environment.• Accuracy in ensuring that output is high quality.• A good standard of IT skills including working knowledge of Word and Excel spreadsheets.• Experience of using content management systems preferable.


• Exceptional attention to detail, including proof reading skills.• Ability to organise and plan own work and work on your own initiative with a flexible, pro-active approach and the ability to prioritise.• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to ensure effective communication.• Excellent team working skills.• Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.• An ability to work proactively and quickly in an extremely fast-paced environment.• A positive approach.
