Please Note: This position allows remote work but will require travel to our Voya office. Candidates must be located within a 100-mile radius from the assigned office.

Position Summary:

Analyze and forecast expenses for assigned business area. Develop a strong partnership with leaders in assigned business area. Assist assigned business area in achieving enterprise expense targets.

Position Description:
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders - become a trusted partner and support strategic planning as needed
  • Develop and update expense forecasts in partnership with business clients
  • Deliver clear and concise reporting to business clients and finance partners
  • Analyze expense growth and savings initiatives based on business plans
  • Assist business clients in achieving enterprise expense targets
  • Work with the allocation team on business unit and legal entity allocations
  • Participate in hiring and spend governance

Knowledge & Experience:
  • BA/BS degree in accounting/finance or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience, experience with expense management or financial planning & analysis preferred
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, with a comfort level interacting with partners of all levels
  • Excel, PowerPoint required, Oracle tool experience preferred
