My client, a top-tier law firm, are looking to hire a talented and dynamic Incident and Problem Management Specialist within their London offices. The role will require the person to work autonomously and wear many hats. It's paying up to £50,000 dependant on experience and offers excellent routes for progression, travel, and global project exposure.

Key Responsibilities/Experience:• Take ownership of any ticket escalated through the management team • Ensure a high level of visibility and communication to any users with an outstanding issue giving regular updates both via email, in person and on the phone • Notify, escalate, and communicate to stakeholders to ensure timely completion of root cause and short-term remediation plans. • Document and maintain all policies and processes around Change, Incident and Problem Management• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively tailor communication of technical issues to various audiences • Strong collaboration skills and an interest in developing a strong network • Ability and aptitude to pick up new technologies or procedures • ITIL Foundation Certified
