Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to work for a fast paced business, based in Sheffield. The company offer remote working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global business supporting the wider HR Team and be responsible for the employee lifecycle from onboarding to leavers. Main Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator will include: First line support for any HR queries New candidate onboarding paperwork Oversee new starter onboarding including inductions and training Ensuring pre employment checks are completed Manage flexible working requests Monitoring absence levels Run MI reports eg headcount, training Process benefits for UK and European offices Key skills of the HR Administrator: Ability to adapt to change Ability to work in a fast paced environment High attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Benefits: 25 days plus bank holidays Gym Discount Private Medical Pension and much more Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Business Support professionals across all levels.
