  • You'll lead on complex or sensitive employee relations matters as needed
  • You'll influence reward decisions in the Practice Group, driving fairness and consistency, and take the lead on annual pay review and bonus nominations
  • You'll work with colleagues in recruitment to ensure we attract the best talent and managers have the right recruitment and selection skills for this
  • You'll manage an HR Adviser and HR Assistant within a matrix structure, so you'll oversee a full remit of HR service to your PracticeGroup
  • You'll work closely with other HRBPs and managers within the HR team to deliver excellent and efficient service to partners, managers and employees
  • You'll coach team members and build their capability. You'll act as an escalation point for the HR Adviser and Assistant as necessary
  • You'll lead on HR projects, as well as influencing and contributing to change projects across the business, and will be responsible for successfully embedding central HR initiatives within your Practice Group
