Hire / Sales Controller
A new Hire/Sales Controller is required to join our busy Customer Service Centre team.
Our Hire/Sales Controllers provide full support in all areas of internal sales. This includes customer service, internal sales, hire transactions and support our national network of depots, whilst working closely with all members of the company's national sales team to achieve pre-determined business objectives.
This is a fast moving, growing business requiring a candidate who can work efficiently and to timescales on a daily basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer service orientated individual who has tool or hire experience where possible.
Are you who we're looking for?
- Excellent customer service skills with proven experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hire equipment would be helpful
- Ability to manage own workloads and to prioritise daily activities
- Confident telephone manner and good IT / keyboard skills
- Willingness to learn the technical aspects of our range of tools and work in a team environment towards specific goals
