Graduate Administrator - Bridgend
£10.00 Per Hour + Holiday Pay

A well established and reputable organisation based in the Bridgend area are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate administrator for a 3-month temporary assignment. Due to an increase in workload, my client is expanding and require a reliable and hard-working individual to come in and support the payroll/pension team.
My client is ideally seeking a candidate with office administration experience. Someone who is prepared to roll up sleeves, help the department and is willing and eager to learn.
Responsibilities will include:
1) Payroll data entry
2) Creating and maintaining reports in Microsoft Excel
3) Updating the employee details
4) Dealing with queries
5) General ad hoc administration tasks
It is essential you possess strong communication skills, coupled with a 'can do attitude'. The company has a strong work culture, and a friendly and down to earth working environment. The role is office based initially but over time, the successful candidate will be hybrid working.
