Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint multiple Clinical Negligence Fee Earners to take on some excellent cases and work on them from inception to trial. These are newly created roles due to in increase in caseloads this year and expansion plans.The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating multi-track cases under supervision. You must ensure cases are progressed in a timely, efficient and proactive manner and meet all KPI targets set by the firm. You will ensure every detail has been captured on the claim in order to progress the case, all the way through to negotiating settlement. The case management system is ProClaim - experience in this is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.We would encourage candidates of all levels of experience to apply for this role.This firm currently has a team of experts and are keen to speak to like minded people, who are passionate about Clinical Negligence and client care.
