Enterprise Technical Support Analyst LATAM Responsibilities:

  1. Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas
  2. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions
  3. Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of the projects assigned
  4. Perform risk management and change management on projects
  5. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned
  6. Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions
  7. Interface with the Engineering Team and external business owners for project requirements and scope
  8. Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives
  9. Plan technical software and system software product requirements with internal teams and develop the project execution plan
  10. Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle and-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery and provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
  11. Develop software tools, applications, and/or systems to support the companys large-scale infrastructure systems and operations
  12. Apply expertise in information technology and software engineering during analysis, design development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of technical projects
  13. Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and convert them to technical requirements, managing prioritization with engineering teams
  14. Work closely with Facebooks product and engineering teams to define team needs, metrics, and key performance indicators
  15. Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of the team
  16. Provide hands-on project management during all phases of the IT project lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases) with an emphasis on communication to projects sponsors, stakeholders and project teams
  17. Complete root cause analysis of different workflows in order to quantify problems, goals, and identify priorities
  18. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted (remote work benefit)
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications and Networking, Applied Sciences, Physics, or related field and 24 months of work experience in job offered or in a technical, business, engineering, or computer-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in the following:
  2. Concepts (e.g. Single Sign On, Mobile Device Management), integration with cloud service providers (e.g., Azure, G-Suite)
  3. Integrations with content partners (e.g. One Drive, Google Drive, DropBox, etc.) or APIs
  4. Explaining technical steps to a non-tech savvy audience
  5. Exhibit a balance of analytical and interpersonal skills which serves a variety of audiences, both internal and external
  6. Superior communication skills, including development of presentations
  7. User experience through attention to detail and nuance
  8. Multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
  9. Using operational metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to prioritize and move to action
