Employment Solicitor - Senior Associate/Partner level. Brighton.
Legal 500 firm who have a modern and refreshing approach to law, are looking to recruit an experienced employment solicitor to head up this department at their Brighton office.
The firm act mainly for employers on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters and therefore you will have a solid background in respondent work. As this is a senior level position it is anticipated that you will have at least 5 years PQE in employment law - any supervisory experience would be an advantage and you will be keen to get involved in business development and help grow this department into even more of a success than it already is.
This firm are NOT a traditional law firm. Therefore the constraints and frustrations often associated with a more traditional firm are eliminated and with this firm you can really 'make your mark' but in a flexible and informal environment where your voice will be heard.
You are likely to be at associate, senior associate or partner level and will have a strong background in employment law matters. A Following is not required but it would be an advantage if you work or have worked in the Sussex area before.
Although this role is Brighton based, this firm offer lots of flexibility and hybrid working (which they have always offered, even before the pandemic).
