Marketing Campaign Manager - CRM.

This role is both strategic and tactical with end-to-end campaign ownership including strategy,

building, execution, optimization, and reporting. The ideal candidate is equally skilled at creative

writing, data analysis, and technical production. This requires a deep understanding of business,

subscribers, users, services, levers for success, ability to deliver results, and skills to handle


Key Job Responsibilities For This Position

  • Enhance our direct-to-consumer campaign strategy and execution while developing automated and scalable campaigns to help nurture app users across multiple different global campaigns
  • Own campaigns from end-to-end: apps, launch, test, and optimize campaigns across the user lifecycle, starting with email and growing to push notifications, and in-app messages.
  • Ability to create & organize campaign scheduling across multiple channels with various contents
  • Create A/B test variations for ongoing performance improvements.
  • Own performance reports, insights, and recommendations across multiple campaigns/channels and share best results with the across teams.
  • Use customer insights, data, and key metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with consumer campaign marketing, CRM experience, and Email marketing
  • 3+ years of experience building, executing, testing, and scaling email marketing campaigns from concept to completion, with a focus on engagement throughout the user lifecycle.
  • Deep hands-on experience in building consumer marketing programs i.e Braze and/or Klaviyo.
  • Excellent understanding of engagement metrics in setting up nurturing programs.
  • Basic experience using and editing HTML or other coding languages.
  • Strong strategy and analytics skills. Ability to set relevant KPIs, perform deep-dive analysis, build dashboards and share insights.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and independent; thrives in a startup out-of-the-box thinking environment.
  • Braze experience is a HUGE plus
  • Project management experience and fanatical attention to detail
  • Experience working with a fast-paced and geographically diverse organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and creating processes in complex environments to drive progress
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
