Director Account Management

The Director, Account Management builds strategic relationships to sustain and grow a portfolio of accounts, actively engaging with existing clients to sell new products, solutions, and services in order to achieve specific revenue goals.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
  • Champion the effort to maintain and the companys existing and long-term revenue base
  • Establish strong relationships with key client stakeholders at senior and mid-management levels
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client short-term and long-term strategic requirements through discussions with client executive management
  • Partner with leadership to establish optimal account strategies based on client interactions
  • Leverage experience, industry trends and best practices to align solutions with a target companys core objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales Support; Account Management; Operations and other departments to ensure the client's expectations are being met or exceeded
  • Provide customer and market intelligence back to Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Finance regarding Concentrix and Concentrixs strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats based on sales pursuit interactions
  • Monitor economic and legal trends that could affect business
  • Maintain and update Salesforce database with sales pursuit information
  • Meet fiscal revenue and profit objectives
  • Network and remain maintain current on trends and solutions, bringing ideas forward.
  • Prepare and conduct formal group presentations at management levels to sophisticated, national and global customers
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with five years or more years related experience strongly preferred
  • Expert in communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
  • Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with industry impact
  • Proven ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
  • Mastery of the organization's business operations and industry. Externally recognized as subject matter expert on emerging trends and industry practices
  • External Thought Leader with proven ability to significantly influence
