Working Hours 9am - 5:30pm (hybrid working available once trained. typically 3 days off 2 days home)

The role of Customer Service Team Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Manager to join a global financial services business within their Rugby office. Previous experience of financial services is NOT necessary, however, all applicants must have Team Management experience gained in a contact centre setting.
Within the Team Manager role you will be responsible for a Team of 8 Customer Service / Renewals Advisors dealing with renewals quotes for existing clients. This is a business that is all about supporting and nurturing talent so your role will be centred around coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be. You will also monitor calls to make sure quality and compliance levels are achieved and ensure your team are motivated with structured feedback and development plans.
Experience required for the role of Customer Service Team Manager
To be successful in this role you must have previous Team Management experience and enjoy working in a hands on people centric role. Your key focus is to manage, develop and grow your team but you wont shy away from helping out in busy periods either.
