Customer Service Advisor - Bradford (BD3)Start date - ASAP, temporary for the first 12 weeks which will potentially go permanent from any point after the first 12 weeks.The role is based on site for the first 4 weeks and then you will be based remote with equipment provided (you must be able to travel to the office based in Bradford).The shifts will be 5 days a week between 8am-10pm and every other Saturday and every 4th Sunday working.£10.00 per hourWe are happy to be working with a well known Company based on the edge of Bradford within their modern offices. This is where decisions are made from their corporate teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. There are comfy breakout areas, a coffee shop, and a subsidised restaurant on site so it really is a great environment to work in.The role:Customer Service Advisors will be based on their Home Delivery department handling queries and complaints in regards to online orders.
