Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £23k rising to £25k after probation
About the Company:
Our client were founded by the agricultural industry to provide bespoke financial products for farmers, agricultural businesses and everyone who loves the British countryside.
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for supporting existing lending customers. The customers will interact with via a variety of channels which include online secure messages, telephone, email, post, and webchat. The Customer Services team is responsible for all customer queries into the department which includes invoice queries, payment queries, statements queries and settlement requests. The customer service team will also assist the distributors with any queries ensuring that they become a trusted point of contact. The customer service team also action a variety of daily reports including BACS reporting ensuring that service level agreements are upheld. To progress the system functionality to meet internal and external requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT) will form part of the customer service role
We're looking for driven individuals with exceptional customer service skills to join our team to deliver a high quality service; which is defined as quick, efficient, polite and effective communications and execution of the farmer facing tasks. In the role you will resolve inbound and outbound customer queries, offering solutions and building great customer relationships
Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred):
- Previous customer service experience.
- Reliable, honest and can contribute to create a thriving culture.
- Agricultural experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory policies within the financial services sector.
- Previous experience in a financial services environment
