Elogbooks FM Ltd provides vital support services to the property service industry through cloud based software backed up by a team of property administration wizards and we're looking for a new team member to come and join us here at the forefront of Facilities Management.
We are a fast paced and energetic business which provides vital customer service and administration support to over 10,000 properties across the UK.
Due to rapid expansion, Elogbooks FM Ltd are currently looking to recruit a Property Administrator for our Out of Hours Night Service where no two days are the same and every day is an opportunity to learn something new and problem solve (we love it when a plan comes together!)
As a Property Service Administrator, you will support Facilities Managers who are based in the field. Duties will include:
- Liaising with Occupiers to log building faults
- Assessing and actioning issues
- Arranging contractor attendance
- Chasing up progress reports
- updating occupiers as to status of works
- Keeping Facilities Managers updated
The role is heavily customer service focused and requires an individual who can think quickly on their feet and be decisive in high pressure situations. Its not quite 'big red button' pressure (we're definitely not NASA) but there are the occasional emergencies that need to be neutralised as quickly as possible. It is busy here but that just makes the day fly by faster, one things is for sure - you wont be bored.
Working hours are Monday - Sunday:7pm to 7am on a 3 days on 3 days off shift pattern
If you have previous experience then that's great but its really not necessary - we provide full training on the industry, role and software
You must be able to multitask, operate well within a team and be comfortable on the phone. Your primary responsibilities will involve dealing with both Emergency and non emergency situations at our managed properties and liaising with clients, tenants and contractors via telephone and email in order to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
You will be computer literate, have strong customer service skills, the ability to act decisively in pressurised situations and an excellent telephone manner to join our service centre team.
it is useful if you are able to offer a degree of flexibility to cover sickness and holiday within the team
We have nice modern offices (no robot butlers or anything but they're nice and up to date) great colleagues and a desire to be different.
If you think you'd like to join our friendly little team then please apply today
