Bolton (Hybrid role)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm though can be flexible for earlier or later start / finish times.
The role is to work for a UK's leading business and you will be supporting with processing pension details and following workflow instructions to progress the pension to the next stage.
It is a hybrid role therefore 2 days in the office after the initial training period or if you prefer, you can work in the office full time.
In your role as an Administrator, your primary focus will be to deliver a complete administration service and exceptional customer service to pension clients. The role is very process driven and successful applicants will be required to process general day-to-day administration tasks within one of our teams.
The scope of the role covers the support of both pension administrator functions and usage of the back-office systems
Key to success will be your need to put the customer at the centre of everything that you do, your attention to detail, your drive for continuous improvement and your communication skills.
This may suit a recent Graduate entering into their first role bringing strong administrative skills or someone with existing administration experience.
