My client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team.
You will have a great telephone manner, have a flexible approach to work and be able to demonstrate accuracy and good attention to detail. Solid IT skills are required with a sound working knowledge of Word and Excel, training will be provided on their in-house systems and procedures.
This is a busy varied role that will include liaising with customers, scheduling appointments, liaising with other departments to book in works and other general admin as required.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30, they operate a Hybrid working model too (Once fully trained)Salary : £20,000 (Rising to £20,500 after successful completion of probation)
