SF Group are recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join a fantastic client of ours based in Ashbourne. This role is for a creative, self-motivated and technologically minded individual who is proficient in website management. On a daily basis the job would entail: - Generating sales via email enquiries, telephone, and assisting with processing sales - Providing first-class customer service via telephone, e-mail and in person - Ensuring all emails and enquiries are responded within 2 hours. - Converting customer enquiries into retail sales - Processing customer orders placed via company website - Raising purchase orders - Manage and oversee any customer issues or complaints - Assisting with website product management - Answering customer enquiries and providing information on products and services - Assisting with the packing and dispatch of customer orders to the UK and overseas - Processing customer payments and checking for potential fraud and identity theft - Logging and managing customer and internal repairs. - Updating and chasing repair statuses The Successful Applicant will be- - Highly sales focussed with first- class customer service skills - Excellent word processing skills - An Excellent Communicator - Have an Excellent telephone manner - A High level of computer literacy - Well Organised and able to manage a demanding workload - Self motivated with good time management skills - Able to work within a fast paced website environment - Fine attention to detail If you are based near Ashbourne and feel you have the relevant skills and experience then please apply today for immediate consideration.
