Job title: Contract Delivery Analyst

Location Coverage: London Hammersmith Office Based

Salary: Competitive - Plus 10% bi annual bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

About the role

This is a key role in the network Access Build department working directly to the Head of Fibre Delivery. You will be an expert at providing daily reporting to enable Business Partner buildassociatedwith fibre network feeder, cluster distribution which in turn drives the completion of 'Homes Passable'. You will also be responsible for the Business Partner billing cycle, providing estimated costs, and authorising payment by working closely with the Delivery Assurance Managers to ensure prompt and correct payment to the External Partners by managing purchase orders, invoices, and goods receipting. This will also include detailed financial tracking to show current financial progress and projection. You will have a well-rounded understanding of network technologiesprinciples ideally PON networks and a good understanding of the fibre delivery process.

What will you be doing?

  • This is a desk based office role which requires strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • You will be a self-starter with a well-honed project and programme management background able to deal effectively across organisations and externally into sub-contractor / Business partners
  • You will own, build, and maintain financial tracking plans.
  • Your communication must be first class dealing with complex issues in an easy to understand and clear manner.
  • Responsible for daily reporting to enable Business Partner buildassociatedwith feeder, cluster distribution and to track Partner build progress
  • Responsible for managing purchase orders, producing estimated costs for cluster/feeders, managing invoicing and goods receipting
  • Responsible for the maintenance and reporting of the HyperZones financial status

What we are looking for:

  • Project Management Experience
  • Excellent with data: data analysis, data interpretation
  • Very confident using excel, PowerPoint and other IT applications
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and always remain professional.
  • Experience in delivering timely and detailed reports to maintain and track progress
  • Tenacious and determined to deliver results
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to clearly direct others
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Desirable - NRSWA Street works & Civil Engineering experience
  • Full UK driving licence
