As Chief Operating Officer you will be working with our CEO to turn our fast-paced organizational vision into a daily reality. Your job: Drive the organizational vision and be responsible for aligning our overall business goals and objectives across several business lines and strategic initiatives, operational strategy, and talent. Reporting into our CEO, you will directly oversee Talent management, Recruiting, Compliance, IT, Procurement and Operations. You will translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth and work across the company to streamline our processes, ensure execution, alignment and accountability. You will oversee organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operational planning. You will directly oversee company operations and employee productivity, while partnering with our Chief People Officer to build a highly inclusive and engaged culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
