You'll be responsible for building out and leading the Change function. Driving business change initiatives across a portfolio of technology & business transformation programmes whilst leading a team of Change Analysts. You'll be partnering with colleagues in training and communications teams to ensure that change activities land well in the business.
You must have proven experience as a Business Change Lead or Change Manager with experience building out greenfield Change teams and working across both technology and business transformation programmes. You must have previous experience having full accountability for change activities at a programme level and have previous experience collaborating with training, communications and OD teams to adopt and embed new ways of working, and new technology solutions within a business.
You will have the following:
5 + years experience managing the end to end change journey on large, culture Change programmes
- Experience of building out Change capability / environment
Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
Be passionate about developing a sustainable change management environment
The ability to influence others and move towards a common goal
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Formal Change Management qualifications
A key element of your role will be engaging with and influencing stakeholders, you will be a driven and passionate change manager who is able to work autonomously. Your collaboration with business will roll out behavioural and cultural change.
