Salary: NJC points 12 - 16, depending on experience: FTE £27,009 - £29,010. Annual Leave: 24 to 26 days plus bank holidays (to be taken during school holiday periods).

Hours: 36 hours per week 2pm - 10.00pm Start: ASAP

We are seeking to appoint a proactive and reliable Assistant Site Manager to join our small, friendly and supportive team of 4 site keeping staff.

The position is full-time (36 hours/week) working at the School's two sites: 64 Marylebone High Street, W1U 5BA & 14 Blandford Street W1U 4AZ. There is potential for optional weekend working.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, tidy, safe environment and a secure site. The work will involve assisting with all aspects of caretaking and facilities management. You will need to be comfortable with lifting furniture and equipment to statutory limits. Having a recognised trade (e.g. electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating) is desirable.
