NES Fircroft has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and committed Analyser Lead Technician to join our client's inclusive and talented team.

As a flexible Analyser Lead Technician, you will deliver safe and efficient maintenance activities to the agreed schedule and cost. This will include assigning daily activities to the team and providing technical support for queries raised.

In your first few weeks in this Analyser Lead Technician role, you can expect to:
  • Guide and set an example on SHE responsibilities through the line
  • Work on the maintenance schedule and assist the schedulers with understanding the impact of break-in work when this emerges
  • Ensure look ahead work is planned, permit requested and in place, and materials available
  • Assign tasks to your technicians based on skill levels and development requirements, ensuring work can be completed to the required quality and within the expected time
  • Identify work which can be grouped and conducted in parallel to optimise the schedule and efficiency of the maintenance activities
  • Report on progress achievement against the maintenance schedule
To apply for this Analyser Lead Tech job, you will need technical capability within your discipline and proven manufacturing and maintenance experience. You will also require a background in R&M, Projects and TAR in the petrochemical or refining industries. Additional requirements include:
  • Good communication skills and performance bias
  • A desire for knowledge management and capturing lessons learned for future improvements
  • The ability to balance conflicting demands in a continuously developing environment
  • Good motivator and the ability to see improvement opportunities within your teams and more broadly
