Commutable distance to the Letchworth office.Administration Clerk - Role Outline/Responsibilities:• Provide general administrative support and assistance to Leadership Team as required, reporting to Operations Support Lead• Complex diary management - organise calls, meetings (both internal and external) and be able to make changes at a short notice• Assist in preparation of events such as client meetings, engagement sessions, etc.• Collate information for various reports and documents• Actively take part in various campaigns and initiatives• Establish and maintain effective communication with personnel in other offices• Previous experience in a similar Administration role is preferred, but not essential• A team player and confident people person with the ability to communicate easily at all levels• A self-starter and quick learner• Advanced Microsoft Office skills• Technology-savvy (proficient in social media and digital applications)• Initiative and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment• Time management skills, confident working under pressure, along with a proactive approach to work and ability to work flexibly and on own initiative• Flexibility• Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills• Desire to learn new processes and systemsAdministration Clerk Role - Candidate Specification:To be successful in this role and primarily, you must have experience as an administrator, be confident on the phone, be comfortable dealing with a diverse group of people, willing to ask questions and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Please note that all potential employment offers are subject to pre-employment checksIf you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role, click on "Apply" now forwarding an up-to-date copy of your CV for consideration in the first instance.No Agencies please!
