Accounts AssistantHartlebury - HYBRIDSalary between 21K to 22KWe are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for an established and valued client in Hartlebury, situated in prestigious modern offices near Stourport.Their quality of products, and the high level of customer service provided make this company leaders in their field.The objective of the position is to assist in Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger, along with various other accounts and administration functions.Main Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Expense Management
  • Answer telephone and deal with relevant queries
  • Assist with Account Reconciliation
  • Daily Sales Invoicing
  • Liaising with Internal Departments to resolve queries
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in an Accounts based role preferred
  • Previous experience with Navision would be a distinct advantage
  • Basic excel experience essential
This is a super opportunity to join a company who's staff turnover is very low and the chance to grow and develop new skills - would also suit someone studying AAT or similar that wants to grow their skills.Opportunity to work remotely from home 2 days per week - where laptop/Desktop and phone will be providedWorking hours : Monday to Friday09.00am to 17.00pm
