Job Title: Account Manager
Contract: Full time, Permanent - Office based
Working hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Thursday / Friday 9am - 2pm
Trustist has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate and motivated to join our young, enthusiastic, small team in York as an Account Manager.
The Account Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships across all accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities.
You will work closely with our clients alongside the rest of the team to ensure our services are delivered successfully.
The Account Manager will support strong relationships with our customers with the aim of continuing their growth and achieving their business goals.
We're looking for someone who will put our clients first, who is energetic and motivated, with confidence and leadership skills. It would be ideal if you have experience in account management or a technical customer service position, and a self-driven and proactive nature.

The Account Manager's main areas of responsibility will be:
The current Client Support Coordinator will report to you directly
Maintaining accounts and contracts, seeking upsell opportunities where possible through frequent check-in calls with clients
Build relationships with clients, help them with questions, and provide a positive, customer-centric approach
Carry-out customer success audits that reinforce satisfaction and look to resolve clients' challenges
Utilise the CRM system to identify clients to provide optimal customer success
Carry-out onboarding video calls, highlighting the value of our platform and providing a friendly support service for all clients to refer to
Efficiently manage time, with a proactive approach and ability to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, client retention, and account growth
Desired but not essential requirements of the Account Manager:
Knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO practices
Knowledge of Google My Business and customer review platforms
Experience of using basic Microsoft Office software
