Tier 1 / 1st Line IT Support Analyst
Based in Newcastle, my client are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be primarily responsible for managing and investigating incoming support issues raised by clients in relation to products and services supplied by the company, including duties such as:
- General IT Support across the Microsoft technology stack
- User Management
- Password Resets
- Company Group Management
- Portfolio Management
- General usability enquiries
- Reference data loading into relational databases
- Undertaking daily checks on hosted applications (Full Training Provided)
This is a role that will suit someone with strong customer service, administration and communication skills along with a technical mindset who is looking to enter a challenging new field in IT support. Previous experience within IT support is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
