1st - 3rd Line Support is required by a leading Energy trading company based in Central London, paying £40k with some excellent benefits, including an annual achievement bonus. You will be working in a team of two supporting 50 users and solely responsible for the VIP Support for 8 Senior Business Partners. The successful 1st - 3rd Line Support person will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with users at all levels of the business and be confident in supporting Senior Directors and Company Owner alongside providing daily BAU Support for the internal staff user base and traders. Skills RequiredStrong Windows Infrastructure knowledge Knowledge of MAC iOS Support Confident troubleshooting and resolving physical and cloud based server issuesOffice 365, including Teams Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policies
